For those keen on fishing or boating our property has plenty of room to park your car and boat securely. Close to town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Hastings boat ramp only 3 Klm, Great fishing on western port bay. If you prefer port Phillip bay it's only 20 mins away. The space The unit has a full kitchen with electric hot plates, microwave and fridge/ freezer. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry with front loader washing machine. The bedroom has a queen size bed and cupboard space. Large lounge dinning area with a double pull out sofa bed. It is well insulated with heating and cooling and has a great outdoors area with BBQ
