Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. Stugan har moderna faciliteter i badrum och kök och en mysig terrass i söderläge. Stugan har värmepump/aircondition och är vinterbonad. Nära till havet, restauranger, affärer och golfbanor. A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!

I gäststugan finns allt du behöver för en din vistelse, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, snabbt wifi, köksvrå, dusch och badrum. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
