Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

House in Tygelsjö, southwest of Malmö, close to Skanör/Falsterbo, Copenhagen and Malmö city center (300 meters to the bus). Here you are welcomed to a newly renovated house with large living areas, fully equipped kitchen and cozy patio with barbecue facilities as well as parking Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms as well as a living room with a total of 10 beds. 1 bathroom and 1 extra guest toilet. Welcome to this charming house. A secluded, secluded location at the end of a picturesque street lined with the old fishermen's houses. Possibility of a morning swim in the sea 150 meters away via a cozy little walking path. Lomma beach or swimming from piers, all services and renowned eateries such as Slaktaren and Lomma ice cream factory within walking distance. Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides around 50 litres, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Welcome! House more than a 100 years old by the church in Flädie, a quiet and peaceful village close to the western coastline of Skåne. Surrounded by a beautiful, private garden and colorful scanian fields in the spring and summer. Spacious and bright interior with 5 rooms, with the living room containing a wall-mounted 55" TV. Also a large washing machine supporting 8 kg of laundry can be found in a separate closet next to the bathroom.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
