Perfect if you value the proximity to the city center but at the same time want a quiet and quiet accommodation.

Cozy farmhouse

Hi, we're a family renting out an attefalls/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to airport and stop for the airport bus.

Near this house you will find, among other things, Bjurholm Golf Club, which is one of Sweden's most beautiful and unique courses, Agnäsbacken offers nice slalom skiing and cross-country skiing trails. The proximity to Öreälven offers nice hiking opportunities and canoeing as well as nice fishing spots. Snowmobile trails are also nearby with nice barbecue huts and views to discover.
