Monthly Rentals in Black Bayou Lake

We had a great time! Really enjoyed the pool with my boys. We were in and out a lot due to cheer clinic at ULM. Overall we will definitely be staying here again. Host is quick to respond, her daughter is super friendly and got us everything we needed.

The place is clean and as advertised. Great place in the perfect part of town I needed to be in. Coty was very responsive. Comfortable beds and furniture. Exactly what I was looking for. I'll be a repeat customer.

I had a great stay and Sarah was a great host. The space is much larger than it looks in the photos, and the furnishings and accessories are even nicer than I expected. The air conditioner works very well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the middle of summer. I loved that the cottage is at the back of the property so I end up parking my truck at the end of a long private driveway, essentially behind the main house (although the neighborhood looked nice and super-safe, anyway, it still made feel like my truck was safer). The house and everything in it was really clean. Nice big TV. And the outdoors are beautiful. You're right on an oxbow lake with dock access and a private balcony overlooking the lake, surrounded by trees. Hwy 165 is directly across the lake, so the road noise is noticeable when you're outside, but it didn't bother me inside. I would definitely return.

Great place. Clean,cozy, quiet and walking distance from a little coffee trailer, Waffle House, and a grocery store. Shane was super responsive and accommodating. Will definitely reserve again for my next trip.
