It is only 10 minutes away from the airport and located on the Ayder road. It's easy to get around and would be the perfect starting point for exploring Rize's surroundings.

A peaceful holiday close to Istanbul, surrounded by nature

our house is in a very easy location 2 hours from Istanbul. It is 40 minutes away from Sapanca, 1.5 hours away from the aban. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner on demand. You can do trekking, fishing , mushroom picking activities. We have extra room for crowded families and transfer for transportation from Istanbul you can message us for detailed information.
