Casa are la parter living, bucătărie (deschisă), dormitor și baie. Deasupra dormitorului, sub acoperiș, este amenajat un spațiu de dormit pentru 2-4 persoane (nerecomandat copiilor sub 6 ani). Curtea din fața casei are un smochin mare, spațiu verde cu șezlonguri și un spațiu acoperit pentru servit masa. Până la mare sunt aproximativ 200m. Casa face parte dintr-o proprietate cu încă două corpuri de clădire, fiecare cu intrare separată și curte proprie. Delimitarea curților este însă simbolică.
