You can accommodate 5 people with a double bed, a fold-out bed and a double sofa bed. Located in Istanbuldere village, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca, the markets and the lake.

Our house consists of two villas side by side; it has two floors, an open kitchen, living area, kitchenette, toilet/bathroom and veranda (the veranda can also be used as a winter garden) on the lower floor, and a terrace, large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms on the upper floor. All operators are available. We would love to welcome you in a peaceful environment with your family or friends, where you can walk in the enchanting atmosphere of nature, barbecue on your own 5-acre land.

Orman içinde ve köyle komşu olan, oksijene doyabileceğiniz, gündüz eşsiz kuş sesleri, akşam ise şöminede yanan odun çıtırtısı ile tüm yorgunluğunuzu atarak mental dinginlige ulaşabileceğiniz mükemmel bir imkan. Tamamen ahşap olarak inşa edilen evimizde banyo ve tuvaleti ayrı olan 3 yatak odası ve 2 salon bulunmaktadır. Kış aylarında ortak alanın odun sobası, yatak odalarının ise yağlı radyatör ile ısıtılması tercih edilmiştir. Termosifon ile sıcak su imkanı vardır. @petunya_ormanevi

Gün içinde çiftlikteki eşekler, koyunlar ve kazlarla vakit geçirebilir, yoga iskelemizde yoga yapabilir ve kar mevsiminde kızaklarla kayabilirsiniz. Ayrıca çiftliğimizin bitişiğinden başlayan ormanın içinde pek çok yürüyüş rotası mevcut.
