The apartment was clean, and my son loved the cereal and milk left, that was a nice touch. We booked it to got to a Man City game and it is practically on the doorstep. Great location. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Michelle provided just what we wanted for our overnight stay. A good location for our trip to Preston and easy to find. Very helpful with parking and a lovely breakfast.

Alan’s place is quiet, nice and clean. The self check in explanation and the direction was straightforward. I found the place relaxing.

Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

It was a miracle to find the perfect place to spend Easter. It met all our needs for peace and quiet in a detached cleverly designed, lofty space surrounded by garden and birdsong. A haven to return after easy access to town and country, choice of churches and good restaurants, the station and EV charging at Tickled Trout Hotel. Wonderful treat to relax in bed to watch films on the big screen after a welcoming cocktail with our interesting , relaxed, friendly hosts. Brilliant shower and room even for a zoom meeting! The photos don’t show how much floor and surface space there is. Very good appliances, self-catering equipment, lighting everywhere and lovely hot water. Attention to detail! No complaints at all. It could not have gone better. Thank you so much David and Pamela. PS The cherry on the icing on the cake was that you could accommodate an extra person last minute.

A beautiful place to stay with a homely feel, the apartment was decorated beautifully inside. Such a peaceful place to stay for a getaway break! Would highly recommend! Our stay at the house was absolutely wonderful. Everything was incredibly well-organized, beautifully decorated, spotless, and truly impeccable. From the very beginning, Nihal welcomed us with such warmth and care, always attentive and thoughtful. She went above and beyond by surprising our children with a lovely Easter gift such a special gesture that touched our hearts. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house had everything we could possibly need, making us feel completely at home. It was truly an exceptional experience, and staying at this house made our weekend even more special. Thank you, Nihal, for your kindness and for providing such a perfect place for our family to create beautiful memories. We hope to return someday!

Very close to Winter Gardens, apartment was clean and had everything you needed! even a cupboard full of essentials in case we forgot something 😊 Nic was very clear with the instructions and provided useful information! will definitely use this place again!
