Beautiful, well thought out cottage with everything you could think of! Lovely goodies to welcome us after our 7hr drive from London, they were most welcome! Vintage nostalgic furnishings but with modern facilities-perfect! The outdoor seating areas, walled gardens and patio were wonderful,the weather was stunning so we were able to have breakfast outdoors. Well located cottage to Galloway Forest Park and lovely beaches. Great communication with Annie and Johnny. This was one of those memorable stays, and all for the right reasons 💖

We had a very relaxing short break at the cottage. Everything had been provided for an extremely comfortable stay. The cottage is very well equipped, even down to the holiday dog tag for Archie to wear during his stay! We loved the garden, the sunroom and sitting out on the private patio. Melissa is a great host and you can tell a lot of effort has been put into making her guests stay very memorable.

What a hidden gem! We only had 2 nights as we'd booked the Kitchen Coos and Ewes experience so just needed a stopover, but what a great property in a stunning location. It genuinely was like a little home from home and every bit of space has been used so well. The area around Galloway Forest Park is so beautiful and this is the perfect spot to explore from so we'll definitely be back!

Lovely cottage, beautifully presented with views over the river Cree. We really enjoyed our stay here and the Dumfries and Galloway area is so very worth visiting in every way. The only problem we had was the traffic noise as the cottage is on a busy main road. It probably wouldn’t bother most people but we live in a very quiet rural area at home and a bit spoilt with tranquility at nighttime . Overall a fabulous break. Thank you Linda and Karen.
