Monthly Rentals in Blackwater River

Great host and beautiful place to stay. I will definitely stay here again when I return to area. I would say 10/10 and highly recommend to any future guest

The River House was the perfect getaway for a month. The location is removed enough to feel peaceful and serene, yet a quick drive into town for groceries didn’t feel daunting. Some highlights: - The sunroom is a huge perk and we loved reading in there - Hosts provided lots of fun ways to enjoy the property and water - kayaks, floaties, outdoor seating, fire pit, etc - Joan is the nicest, friendliest point of contact. Couldn’t have asked for a better host - The entire house is super well stocked, including anything & everything you could need in the kitchen, tons of extra towels, and snuggly blankets to use on the couch

Was looking for a place to stay while working in the area for a few days. This space was the cutest little bungalow that was private, comfortable (both to relax after a long day, but nice and cool after hot days in the sun). Had everything we needed + incredibly friendly hosts!

This little cottage is a gem. It is clean, peaceful, quiet, and beautifully decorated. It checks all the boxes for a wonderful getaway.
