The heated pool was available as an option, which was a nice touch, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again in the future. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kelli’s. Her home was immaculate with all the amenities to make our stay even more enjoyable. Kelli was extremely responsive and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here.

Lovely house! Great kitchen and garden and two sets of slightly separate bedrooms each with a bathroom which was great for 2 families. Swimming pool was fab although very cold. You can do a lovely 15 mins walk down to the beach. Sorrento town full of great cafes and shops. Comfy beds too

Large comfortable house with plenty of backyard space for the dog and kids to run around. Kitchen was well-appointed, large dining and living areas with a comfortable couch, and multiple beds with extra blankets. The house was very hot (we stayed during a heatwave), with only one air conditioner and no fans- but we knew this when booking. The house is a short drive or walk to the St Leonard’s shops / beach. Excellent value!

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

We loved our stay at smiths beach. We were down for a funeral and the house was a homely, friendly place to retire to at the end of the day…. oozing retro beach house charm that I hope never gets updated! I could hear the waves at night and slept extremely well.

I had the lovely opportunity to stay at this bnb with the girls in my family over the easter weekend. We were looking for somewhere nearby the hot springs, and the 5 minute drive here was perfect. The place was very clean, and had absolutely the softest blankets! Sam was also super easy to speak with, and made the booking and check in a breeze.

Like many others have said the photos don’t do the place justice. A beautiful home, great host in a lovely secluded location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Airbnb property, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and attention to detail that made our stay comfortable and memorable. Perfect for families. The property itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location is perfect—quiet and relaxing. yet just a short distance from Peninsula Hot Springs, shops, and restaurants. We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

Perfect beach house for a family holiday. We really enjoyed spending time at the balcony with views to the sea and sunset. Great location near the supermarket, shop and Ocean Groove beach.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Fireplace was cosy, deck was lovely to relax on. Very dog friendly, however not totally dog safe with no gate on the deck. Had all the essentials for a lovely Airbnb.

Tess was so accommodating and super easy to communicate with when organising this place for my birthday weekend. The place itself was homey, cosy and spacious the perfect place to host a large group. Great little home for our family stay. Great location and has all the amenities needed. Host fantastic to deal with. We found it a little hard with no wifi due to poor phone reception and there is no back fence so a challenging with little kids. Overall would recommend!
