I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.

This home is across the street from the historic train that runs every weekend in the summer and one block from downtown shopping and dining. We're 20 minutes from Champaign and 25 minutes from Decatur. You’ll love the comfy beds, the cozy living spaces, and the convenient access.
