Ideally located in Châtel Guyon, the Grand Hotel residence is in the heart of the city, 200 m from the Thermal Baths, close to shops and restaurants and opposite the Place du Théâtre, the Casino and the Thermal Park. The apartment has been classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation since its total renovation last year. It is located on the 3rd floor out of 5 with elevators, overlooking Place Brosson and the Thermal Park. A private parking space is at the back of the building.

On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living space with access to the kitchen area and the bathroom, upstairs, a sleeping area with beds in alcoves. Here is peace and space with a nice view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, divided over two floors. Downstairs the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Above the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.
