The high-quality 3-bedroom Smart-Home-Apartment on the Illufer, 98 m2 furnished, is located directly on the cycle path in Bludenz. Shopping/ shopping opportunities are very close. The bike path in front of the door door that leads to Motafon mountain range invites you to cycle and movement. Downtown, Val Blu ( outdoor and indoor swimming pool) and the Muttersberg our local mountain can be reached in a few minutes. The Brandnertal, which you can see from the window, can be reached in 20 minutes by bus or car.

Apartment close to the city center

The apartment on the first floor of the house, located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litzpromenade (river). Guest card possible on request and payment of the guest tax. The centre can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Through the Keysafe (to the right of the entrance door of the apartment), the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 3 p.m. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Parking space for 1 car available max. 2 meters wide and 4 meters long!

The apartment is located on the sunny balcony of the Montafon in a very quiet location. It is perfect for calm seeking, sporty guests (near Silvretta Montafon). The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail with materials from the region. In the bedroom, only untreated pine was used, so sleeping after a sporting day in nature is particularly deep and relaxing. The views are breathtaking; the natural pond is a powerhouse right next to the house.
