Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen - vor allem der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer und auf die Skyline ist toll! Nica war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :)

Very thing was amazing . Bathroom is clean and shiny . Apartment is well equipped, everything is new , decoration was well made. View open , most important it was quite , even tho the apartment has 2 roads near by , it was well noise isolated , we slept like babies . Thank you so much Vadim and Irina , we had a great time and we will for sure comeback for another visit ! 😊

Absolutely beautiful condo, very spacious! Very luxurious and has huge wrap around balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Stunning views! Host is very responsive. Everything was perfect!

Meine Familie und ich verbrachten etwas mehr als eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Simon. Zu erst muss gesagt werden, dass die Kommunikation jederzeit perfekt war. Simon hat alle Fragen immer sehr schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Zudem hat er Tipps gegeben bezüglich einer App „The Entertainer“ und weitere wertvolle Infos für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Appartment hat eine unglaublich gute Lage und die Aussicht ist WOW. Preis/Leistung ist super und wir können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Dubai-Ferien

we had a fantastic stay in his place met by a lovley lady who shown us in .she was very nice. Alessandro always responded quick too. the place was so nice.. clean amd very quiet all night ..the bedrooms are big too . the kitchen has everything you need too. the view is the best with the jbr and the marina view too. amazing day and night. we will defo be comming back

Very nice and peacefull appartement in nee building. Host responce very quick for any information we need. Lagoon with the pool was sooo hod and we had free acces. Parking is free but we did not need one. There was little missunderstud for baby high chair, its not free. Host also need to put more plates in the kitchen and one kettle will be good to have.

Clean and well-located place in Marina Walk. Very close to marina mall, the beach as well as the shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Very vibrant surroundings. Apartment is very roomy and clean and our family of 10 stayed here very comfortably. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit to Dubai.

I gave 4* for ease to find, due to my own stupidity…I kept missing the turn, and having to go back round again, in really busy traffic. However, even although Nathalie wasn’t in the country, she always responded to my questions very quickly. The views of the sunset from the balcony were amazing, you could also see all of the superb yachts coming in and out of the marina.i love the ocean, so the private beach was superb for me. You can tell Nathalie has lovingly put her heart and soul into decorating her home, and you have everything you need…and some… Thankyou.

Nice place if you’re looking for a quiet getaway near the beach. Not a walkable area so you will need to take a taxi everywhere.

The property was amazing. It was located right in the Marina‘s busiest area, but was very calm. The view the view was partial, Marina and partial Palm The amenities was fantastic.

We had a very nice stay in this conveniently located apartment. It's close to Nakheel Mall, just a short walk to the monorail, to restaurants, and easily accessible by car. The apartment was comfortable and worked really well for our family. The only downside was the absence of a few basic amenities like a dishwasher, a safe, kitchen hand towels, and rubbish bags. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay for a vacation—very close to the beach and everything you need for a relaxing trip.

An incredibly comfortable stay! I recently stayed at Susanne’s place for 2 months and felt right at home. Her place is super cosy and decorated in a way that feels more like home than just an air bnb! The location is incredible, steps onto the beach which I made use of daily. Early mornings were the best as almost felt like your own private beach! One thing that stood out for me was the bed, probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in so much so, I took note of the mattress 😁 Thank you Susanne for a great stay, and will be sure to book again if I need a place in Dubai again!

Had a great stay in Dubai with Aircay Holiday Homes! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the balcony offered nice view while providing shade from the midday sun—perfect for morning coffee. The private beach access was definitely a highlight. Great location, smooth check-in, and excellent communication. Would definitely book again!

I stayed at this Airbnb on the Palm in Dubai for 7 days and had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a lovely atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed.
