Very nice and clean Villa. The pics don’t do justice, will be our first choice in Dubai Hills Estate.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

stay was amazing from Jodie to thier home everything was perfect felt right at home, there was only 1 thing which was construction ongoing in the backyard of a new building which im sure will finish in the coming weeks or months but was quite loud other than this very child friendly floors were super clean, Jodie was amazing

The apartment was really cozy and felt so comfortable living here. Having access to a great swimming pool and gym was also a really nice bonus on top of how nice the apartment was. We would love to visit again when we come back. 5*

It has been an amazing stay — we really enjoyed the location and the view from the apartment. The host was very responsive, helpful, and communicated clearly, even when we shared some observations, which we really appreciated. This made us feel very welcome. The communication by the host was a big plus! The rooms were exactly like they were described and able space to store all your belongings. The balcony is amazing, which we really enjoyed as a family. The location is perfect, and the price–value ratio is excellent given the beautiful surroundings.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this apartment - from the friendly welcome to the amazing facilities. The apartment is well situated next to the Dubai Mall, which makes shopping, tour pick up very convenient. The airport is only 15-20 mins drive away. Bit far from the JBR/Palm area (40 mins Uber) but still doable. The apartment is exactly like shown on the photos and the space is quite comfortable for a family of 2 kids. Special thanks for arranging the luggage before check-in time which allowed us to dip into the pool earlier.

Really good and convenient place next to the airport. Host communicates well and extremely fast. Place is as nice and spacious and just what was needed after a long flight.

The apartment was great for my stay in Dubai and as described. Alex was very responsive and helpful with anything needed. Self Check in was easy and location was good. Bus stop right in front if needed and goes to Mall of Emirates where there is a metro station. Everything was clean. Also appreciate the welcome pizza after a day of travelling. Thanks Alex

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience of staying at the apartment in Dubai during my recent trip. First and foremost, the location was fantastic. It was incredibly convenient as most places in Dubai were just a 15-20 minute drive away. The proximity to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, which were only a 5-minute drive, was especially convenient. The check-in process was smooth and efficient - a quick visit to the reception with my reservation details and within 5-10 minutes, I was inside my flat. The apartment itself was exactly as depicted in the pictures - no surprises there. However, I must point out that the air conditioning system could have been better. It was a bit tricky to maintain the desired temperature, which was a tad inconvenient. Overall, despite the minor issue with the air conditioning, I found the apartment to be a lovely place to stay during my time in Dubai.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

I stayed with my family for a week at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information in detail and was always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Perfect stay for a family with young kids like us - the flat has everything you need including cot and high chair, lots of space, kids toys, and being attached to the Anantara resort means access to beach, kids pools, restaurants and the kids club! We have a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for their responsiveness and hospitality.

We had a great time staying at Elisa’s place - its 10mins walk from metro. She is very kind and Gemini is a gem too!

Accommodation as advertised, good location with parking space very nice view of the marina, convenience store downstairs from the building and snack bar, the little plus of the accommodation is the private boat ride.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR.
