Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bluewaters Island

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

Very peaceful place, kids friendly place with water park, play area and Mohamed was exceptionally helpful with quicker response, local recommendations and flexible with check in and out.

stay was amazing from Jodie to thier home everything was perfect felt right at home, there was only 1 thing which was construction ongoing in the backyard of a new building which im sure will finish in the coming weeks or months but was quite loud other than this very child friendly floors were super clean, Jodie was amazing

The apartment was really cozy and felt so comfortable living here. Having access to a great swimming pool and gym was also a really nice bonus on top of how nice the apartment was. We would love to visit again when we come back. 5*

It has been an amazing stay — we really enjoyed the location and the view from the apartment. The host was very responsive, helpful, and communicated clearly, even when we shared some observations, which we really appreciated. This made us feel very welcome. The communication by the host was a big plus! The rooms were exactly like they were described and able space to store all your belongings. The balcony is amazing, which we really enjoyed as a family. The location is perfect, and the price–value ratio is excellent given the beautiful surroundings.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this apartment - from the friendly welcome to the amazing facilities. The apartment is well situated next to the Dubai Mall, which makes shopping, tour pick up very convenient. The airport is only 15-20 mins drive away. Bit far from the JBR/Palm area (40 mins Uber) but still doable. The apartment is exactly like shown on the photos and the space is quite comfortable for a family of 2 kids. Special thanks for arranging the luggage before check-in time which allowed us to dip into the pool earlier.

Nous avions passés de très bon moments comme si c'était chez nous à la maison. très impressionné par la Gentillesse de Deepika,( Hôte) elle était très sensible, une fois que tu l'ecris , à la minute qui suit tu as la réponse et la solution peu importe l'heure. un bel emplacement, facilité de faire les mouvements , une station Métro juste à côté...... bref nous avions aimé notre séjours et je vous le recommande car vous ne serez pas deçu.

Good place for it's price, has everything needed, and landlord support is great. Few times I had some smell coming from neighbors cooking, but otherwise everything was awesome

المسكن جميل وجديد والاثاث متكامل.. هناك ملاحظة واحدة وهو المطبخ.. برغم انه متكامل كادوات لكن لايوجد به اي مواد طبخ الاساسية كحال اغلب مساكن airbnb مثل الملح والفلفل وبقية البهارات كما انه لاتوجد اله قهوة.. عدا ذلك كل شي مثالي

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience of staying at the apartment in Dubai during my recent trip. First and foremost, the location was fantastic. It was incredibly convenient as most places in Dubai were just a 15-20 minute drive away. The proximity to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, which were only a 5-minute drive, was especially convenient. The check-in process was smooth and efficient - a quick visit to the reception with my reservation details and within 5-10 minutes, I was inside my flat. The apartment itself was exactly as depicted in the pictures - no surprises there. However, I must point out that the air conditioning system could have been better. It was a bit tricky to maintain the desired temperature, which was a tad inconvenient. Overall, despite the minor issue with the air conditioning, I found the apartment to be a lovely place to stay during my time in Dubai.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Nagyszerű szállás, ennél jobb lokációt pedig nehéz elképzelni a Pálma szigeteken. Ár-érték arányban kiváló választás, azonban a szálláshelyre egy felújítás már nagyon ráférne. Több olyan dolog is megtalálható volt a szálláshelyen ami máshol nem szokott: professzionális kávégép,háztartási kellékek pl, só, olaj stb, több babaágy, babakocsi és még játékok is a gyerekeknek.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Alisa et John. Ils ont été d’agréables hôtes. La vue de l’appartement sur le centre-ville est super. Le métro est à 15 minutes à pied. Il y a plusieurs commerces aux alentours. Il y a une chambre de bain à même la chambre. Une belle piscine sur le toit nous permet de nous détendre après une longue journée de visites. Je recommanderais sûrement cet endroit à mes amis.

Logement conforme à l’annonce, bonne emplacement avec place de parking vue très sympa sur la marina, supérette en bas de l’immeuble et snack, le petit plus du logement est la balade en bateau privé.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this studio apartment in Dubai! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kensho Stay, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had all the information I needed for a smooth visit.
