BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The apartment is centrally located on the promenade and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city harbor and the castle from the balcony, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. You love the water, the wind and the harbor? Romantic sunsets right from the balcony? Then you've come to the right place! The modern furnished 3-roomapartment in the historic Ohlerich warehouse is located right at the harbor tip of Wismar. The apartment is designed for 4 people. In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place. Our vacation home is quietly located in a village of 15 inhabitants in a small forest. It is wonderfully quiet and invites you to relax. Especially for families with children, our farm is a nice place to relax and unwind. In the large garden with sheep, chickens and a cat, there are plenty of opportunities to play and explore. The Baltic Sea is a 35-minute drive away., Schwerin 20 minutes, Wismar 20 minutes.

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

Near Wismar, Baltic Sea, Poel Island, Schwerin, Rostock

Welcome to "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 With 70 square meters, this special accommodation is ideal for 2-3 people (incl. Garden use). The surroundings invite you to bike rides and hikes. The centre of Wismar can be reached in 7 minutes by car. In about 15 minutes, our worth seeing island Poel can be reached by car. The coast of the island shows up as a rough steep coast or with beautiful wide sandy beaches. Restaurant/ shopping 3 min. walking distance ... :))

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.

(About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.
