Coco Cabin#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

The Eden Villas are located in a quiet corner of El Pino, close to La Ceiba and simultaneously surrounded by nature. Come and experience the peace and restoration of this secret little garden. It is a space that is ideal for families, work teams, personal retreats or groups of responsable friends. The hosts of the villas have their own home on-site, and they live a quiet life. They value silence, privacy and respect.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

The villa has a paradisiacal natural environment facing the beach and next to a beautiful river of crystal clear water. Surrounded by nature and different types of palm trees. It is a safe place with easy access close to the city and with connectivity to the Cayos Cochinos by sea. We also do tours to the Cayos Cochinos.

Not many options like this...this house is modern and charming at the same time. Located on a quiet private beach but still easily accessible short walk or shorter bike ride along the water to the restaurants and bars of town.
