It was a beautiful stay. Hosts were very kind and responsive. You do need a car because the area is residential.

This house is amazing, even better than the pictures! The house has a nice layout and gives some privacy between the bedrooms. We loved the attached bathrooms in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, it was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. The kids enjoyed the pool in the morning, and we all used it in the afternoon when we'd return home. There were lots of floaties at the house, also appreciated the snorkeling gear they had to take to the beaches. Outdoor space was wonderful, plenty of chairs, a bar area, sink and a fridge. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware, also had lots of spices and coffee/tea selections. The house is in a secluded neighborhood but has lots of things in a walkable distance. The grocery store is about a 5 minute walk. Other things in a walkable distance - 2 liquor stores, Wendy's, Subway, restaurants and a pharmacy. We had a van for the week which allowed us more freedom to explore the island. Would definitely recommend this place!

This accommodation is a gem from start to finish. Well located, it offers easy access to public transport, supermarkets (Fosters), great eateries like Fresca Café and Cimboco, Café del Sol, a gas station, and churches. Attractions such as the Bodden Missionary House, Pedro St. James, public beaches, the Botanical Garden, and Rhum Point for snorkeling or relaxing by the bar restaurant are nearby or punlic bus. The spacious studio includes a king-size bed, a large bathroom with a closet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden is a treat with its unique fruit trees and a peaceful patio. Amenities like fresh linens and many towels, a comfy bed, and ample storage make for a pleasant stay. Above all, hosts Corry and Maurice provide unmatched warmth and care, making you feel truly at home. Their kindness and hospitality leave a lasting impression, making this stay a memorable experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. This was a good place to stay. You won't regret it!

Nafari's place C&N corner was very clean and welcoming. we felt at home and sure enjoyed cooking up some local seafood which we were able to purchase fresh from the seaside in town. Easy access to washer and dryer made our stay even more at ho.e . all in all C&N corner we recommend it. Thanks Nafari.

We loved this place! The house had so many extra items for convenience (like beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels, kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes/seasonings/etc. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the back patio and the many different birds. There were two parrots we saw every day. The location is nicely centralized because you can drive anywhere on the island in less than 30 minutes. Craig was very informative, friendly, and prompt in all communication. Would definitely return to this spot! Ear plugs are essential in the early hours because the roosters are crowing everywhere on the island.

We had a great time staying at this place. The check in process was seamless and very easy. Ray is a great host who is proactive and responds in a timely manner. The mango tree in the yard was full of mangoes. We requested to use some of the mangoes and Ray was kind enough to give us the permission. We were a party of six people and this place has lots of space to meet up and sit down for relaxed conversation.

Great place to stay in Bodden Town. Great small beach and pool. Had everything you need in the kitchen from a blender to potato peeler. We were able to go left or right out of the condo and just a bit down the road to a beach access to great walkable beach. Close to a 24hr Gym and a school with a track. About 30 minutes to 7 Mile beach.

David was a great host-always responsive and helpful. The unit is exactly as described-clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the view from the balcony was awesome! We loved our time there and it was hard to leave! Look no further and book this listing!

Beautiful place! If you do not want to pay ridiculously expensive hotel in SMB and especially if you have the car then this is perfect for you. It is in between East end and West end so easy to travel in both directions.

Linda’s rainbow garden and getaway is truly a unique place to stay. Linda is a kind and lovely host who has grownup on Grand Cayman. She has developed a beautiful garden with colorful and whimsical garden art and local seashells. There is a wonderful fountain, shaded areas throughout the garden, and lots of choices for sitting in the garden. It is in the heart of a local neighborhood, which is a far cry from the resorts and crowds of the west end of Grand Cayman. It was wonderful to have breakfast outside and then enjoy the evenings in the garden. Linda’s place is centrally located so you can go in all directions on different days and not have long drives. It was a great spot to explore the island. The apartment was very bright and well planned. It was a great 6 days. Thanks Linda!

This was an amazing stay for a very affordable price be sure to rent a car if you stay here because it is very hard to get around if you don’t (45 min walk to nearest bus stop) and taxis are expensive

We stayed for two weeks. It was very peaceful. Donna was always very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. We were sad to leave. The hotel has no control over the traffic noise but they have put things in place to combat this. We stayed in apartment 9 which faced the road. This was not an issue just something that we noticed. Wonderful place with wonderful people!!

The place was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every little detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect peaceful yet close to everything. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. I genuinely felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat!

We had a great trip. Starting with the welcome packet, that was very detailed. The location was outstanding. We were steps to the pool or ocean. The place is very laid back and all the quests are very respectful. There were so many options for food and shopping within an easy walking distance. We enjoyed Peppers and got take out from Chicken Chicken and even had a sunset dinner next door at the Marriott. All the communication with the host was so helpful.

What a fantastic condo! Everything was super clean and in excellent condition. I really enjoyed looking at all of Suladda's paintings in the condo; really adds to the ambiance. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the central air and ceiling fans were quiet and kept everything cool. Good size bathrooms with hot water and great shower pressure. WIFI works great! Beach area and pool was quiet and not overcrowded. Always lounge chairs available to lay down on. Great beach and shower towels. The location next to the beach was fantastic for snorkeling right in front of the patio; saw tropical fish, squids and a yellow stingray. Nearby is the wreck of the Gamma is a short beach walk which is amazing to snorkel and for seeing bigger fish. Walkability to restaurants is excellent; we dined at Thai Orchid (omg the sticky toffee pudding), XQ Pizza (3x), Peppers Bar and Grill (2x), Jerk BBQ Hut, Mrs. Pipers Garden, Coconut Joe's, ICOA Café and Piccolino's Café (3x, affordable breakfasts!)

This location is within 5-10 minutes to Seven Mile Beach, Georgetown and West Bay in Grand Cayman. It is located right next to a highway so you can't walk to and from these places. My friend and I rented a car, which is honestly the best way to get around the island so it did not matter to us. Krys supplied two pods for the laundry machine, and had two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler in a closet which was unexpected and appreciated! Her place is reasonably priced for how expensive the whole island is. It is a safe condo complex and my friend and I had a great experience here. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s! As other reviews have mentioned, the construction was really not a bother to us at all. We made great use of the kitchen and dining area. Everything was clean and the natural lighting was great. Some of the islands best snorkeling is right outside of the condo! We saw cuttlefish and a barracuda. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great time staying at Reno and Agata’s! The beach was steps away as were multiple shopping areas and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our toddler.

We went with a group and we all stayed at 3 different locations. Our place was the best of 3, the Lazy Lizard and all the girls bartending were the best. We will stay here again!

Its our 2nd time staying at Craig’s place. He’s a great host. Everything always in immaculate condition. The sunrise at the condo on the patio is breath taking drinking coffee! We Love it.

The condo at Sunset Cove was just perfect for our family of 3! Our 8 year old loved swimming in the pool and the ocean. There were lots of kids to play with and everyone was so friendly! I would recommend bringing a float with you to use in the pool. Having the swim up bar/restaurant was so great. The food was delicious for bar food. It is walkable enough especially for the price. Super clean, quiet, beds are comfortable. We will be back!!
