This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Charming cottage with amazing views in the centre of Triglav National Park. A great place to get away from busy city life. With a secluded location and beautiful views you can truly relax or take a scenic hike. The cottage is walking distance to Soča river source, Alpe Adria Trail, Julius Kugy monument and other hiking trails. The perfect getaway for anyone in search of an adventure. Accessible by car and family friendly. Fully equipped kitchen, full bath, heating and cozy fireplace.

Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Two more guests or children can sleep on the couch. Quiet location, 20 minutes by car to Klagenfurt or Villach, 12 minutes to Velden am Wörthersee. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Great view of the lake and the mountains. Calm neighbourhood. The woods behind the house are ideal for hiking. Great for summer if you want to go to the lake and for winter if you like skiing. You are able to reach the closest ski lift in 10 minutes by car. On site parking for up to 2 cars. Space for up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms and one pull out couch.
