Monthly Rentals in Bodiam

An absolutely AMAZING stay at Americas Hobbit House, it was truly perfect! I booked a long weekend for my partners birthday, he loves Lord of the Rings and was truly amazed! America was so incredibly warm and friendly (as was her GORGEOUS doggy Lora who visited us and gave us lots of snuggles!). We loved the house, the hot tub, the surroundings are so peaceful and such a treat to be able to walk to Bodiam Castle. We were honestly gutted to be leaving and can’t recommend this beautiful Hobbit House enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay! X

A wonderful stay at Karen's cabin :) you can basically walk out of the cabin into the forest which is so magical and beautiful! The bluebells, primroses and orchids were coming out and the sun was out too. There was great communication with Karen & David and we enjoyed the surroundings and the horses! We loved the fact that we could make a fire in the evening and get cosy. We really felt at home and will be back soon :)

What a wonderful place to stay. The converted oast house is charming and dramatic in equal measure, and the garden and grounds are lovely. The location is a great jumping off point for exploring the Kent & Sussex countrysides, as well. Hope to return!

Staying here at this Airbnb was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a home away from home. It had that perfect blend of comfort and charm, the kind that wraps around you like a soft blanket on a rainy day. Whether we were curled up with a book, sharing a meal at the table, or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, everything about the place radiated warmth and relaxation. It was more than just a place to stay—it was a sanctuary.
