Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The main cottage is set in 2 acres of garden and woodland, The annex offers comfortable accommodation, opening onto a courtyard area for BBQ's. A comfy double bed, with modern but VERY small shower room. There is also a separate area with leather sofa, tea/coffee making, fridge and toaster (not a full kitchen). TV, DVD and good Wi FI. Only 200 yards from start of the Camel Trail at Wenford Bridge with the Snails Pace cafe serving great food. Great for cyclists and walkers. Beaches 20 mins

Set in 3.5 acres of paradise on the edge of Bodmin moor. A crystal clear stream meanders through woods with two waterfalls, a beautiful lake and bridges. Our own pine forest and Decked bbq and hot tub area. Millpool Lodge has entrance lobby, a lounge, two bedrooms, kitchen, two toilets, shower and outside seating. It has its own front and back entrance and is semi-attached to The Grange where we live. Close to Eden project, Polzeath, Rock, Fowey, Cardinham Woods, Camel Bike Trail, Lanhydrock.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
