The apartment is centrally located with a great location by the sea. The area is safe and quiet. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the airport. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to Bodø City Center, which is a nice walk along the boardwalk. The city offers many great restaurants, cafes, cultural houses and shops. Short distance to speedboat, train and Aspmyra football stadium. The apartment is modernly furnished and well appointed. Glazed balcony where the glasses can be easily opened. Here you can enjoy the silence and the entrance to Bodø. Good sun conditions.

Parking space for a passenger car, and short way to bus stop with buses going directly to, among other things. Nord University, City Nord, Bodø Airport and Bodø city center. The apartment is suitable for couples or if you want to come by yourself. Access to exercise equipment, and work desk, as well as free WiFi/Wifi network. NB 1 : in the living room there is a sofa bed with a length of about 170. Otherwise there is a big double bed/or two single beds, as well as two single mattresses in the bedroom. Can accommodate 4 adults, but must be a little flexible and stay a little cramped! NB 2: in this yard lives a family with 5 children, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 10 ducks, 10 turkeys, 15 quails and 50 free range hens (including roosters).

The area is quiet and child-friendly. Short distance to grocery store, hiking trails and playground. 20 min to walk to the city center and commercial park (City Nord), 5 min to the nearest bus stop.

The apartment has 1 double bed and a single bed, equipped with single duvets. Extra guests are possible on an extra bed or sofa, but must be agreed in beforehand. Pets are welcome, but should not be in furniture! A dog lives here as usual.
