Special B&B "Het Zevende Leven".

Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which the former stable has been transformed into an attractive B&B. Specially decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and YouTube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The B&B is separate and closed off from the main building. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room.

Guesthouse De Wetterwille

Guesthouse De Wetterwille was originally a garage with an upper floor, but has now been converted into a guesthouse with all the amenities of a modern studio. The bathroom has a spacious shower cabin, bathroom furniture and toilet. The small but cozy living room is furnished with a complete kitchen with stove, fridge and oven, a small dining area and two armchairs. On the upper floor with loft is a double box spring. You have a private entrance and a simple patio.

Excellent base for wonderful cycling and hiking trips. As well as business overnight stays, as you are a 5-minute drive from the A-7 towards various major cities. We provide a luxurious, varied breakfast, using fresh local products and of course the fresh free-range eggs from our own chickens.

Pipo wagon Friesland

In our yard is this beautiful newly built gypsy wagon! This pipo wagon has a new kitchen, a bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Frisian forests are ideal for beautiful bike rides and walks. In addition, Drachten, Leeuwarden and Groningen are in the vicinity. The pipo wagon has a view over the countryside. There are several hiking trails and cycling routes that pass the plot, such as the Friese Wouden path and routes 51, 21 and 34.

Cottage by the pond

Looking for a nice place to relax and unwind? This cottage is located by a pond overlooking meadows. The cottage has its own entrance, coffee and Senseo, kitchen, and terrace. The cottage has a wood-fired private sauna with + color therapy. The bedroom is located upstairs. This is 1 large room with two single beds and one double bed. The cottage overlooks a pond and meadows where horses, goats, chickens and ducks reside.

Chalet in the countryside (with air conditioning)

This cozy, quietly located vacation home for two people is ideal to completely unwind. It is located in the rural Drachtstercompagnie, a stone's throw away from Drachten. A beautiful piece of Friesland, in the middle of the Frisian Forests. This area consists of ancient forests, heath fields and winding streams. A wonderful area for hiking or cycling. A few kilometers away is the swimming and recreation park Strandheem.

In the beautiful landscape of the Fryske Wâlden, we live on the Twizelerfeart. Surrounded by peace and space but also close to the bustle of Leeuwarden, Dokkum and Drachten, this wonderful place offers something for everyone. Great hiking or cycling! Wind through your hair, slow down, experience the tranquility and recharge your battery. The unique nature reserve of the Twizeler Mieden is your backyard.

Hidden place near the center of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).

Comfortable and recently (2025) renovated guest house in the front house of our farmhouse, close to Gorredijk. With private entrance, spacious kitchen, fine bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Ideal as a practical and comfortable base in the region. Suitable for 1 to 2 people.

Summer cottage Burgum

At the edge of Burgum, at the back of the yard, is our summer cottage. A former horse barn that we have converted into an independent space overlooking a beautiful piece of meadow, where rabbits and storks can be spotted now and then!
