From the entrance you come into the two bedrooms, one of them is very spacious with a double bed(1.80m x 2.00) and a single bed(0.90m x 2.00), a large wardrobe offers enough space.The other bedroom is a bit more compact with a double bed(1,80m x 2,00) and also a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are furnished with blackout curtains. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a largewalk-in shower. A parking space is available directly at the house and can accommodate 2 cars. If you bring your bicycles, these can be safely stored and e-bikes have the opportunity to be charged there. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
