The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Great location by Kobæk beach! The cottage is located in 2 rows to the water with a nice sea view over Agersøsund and the shipping traffic! The cottage has 4 double rooms, but one is locked off for private things. There are therefore 3 double rooms with 140cm beds! The house is rented out to 7 as there is an extra mattress available. The bathroom is older but works perfectly! Kobæk beach is very natural smell and has a fantastic beach and bathing jetty. Dogs and cats are not allowed in the cottage!
