Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

200 meters from Apager forest, at Skælskør on the Margueritruten, is this idyllic half-timbered house from 1839. After 2 km of walking/cycling through the forest, you arrive at a beautiful and peaceful beach with a view of Funen, Agersø and Omø. From the beach, the sunset can be enjoyed over the Great Belt Bridge. There is a kitchenette and a toilet attached to the living rooms and bathhouse in the backyard. There is a covered outdoor kitchen with two gas burners. There's an orangery in the backyard overlooking the woods. The price is excluding breakfast.

An 80 m2 apartment with an open-plan living room/kitchen and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with care, including windows painted with linseed oil, oak timber frame, paper wool insulation, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are important to us, so we optimise raw materials and resources for future generations.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax on the leather sofa, enjoy a hot bath in the bathtub with a nice cup of coffee from the espresso machine, or sleep well in the comfortable Dunlopillo adjustable bed. The apartment has a full kitchen, 60" flat-screen TV with TV streaming and a cozy dining area. Only 140 m to the pedestrian street, 550 m to the harbor and 3.5 km to Kobæk Beach. Rema 1000 and pizzeria are just 100 meters away.

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. Small double bed in the loft for 2. Bedding for child/adult, with mattress/weekend bed in the living room. Sheets, duvet and pillow covers and towels are included

The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 130 m² med plads til 12 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard og bordtennis - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Huset har 4 soveværelser med plads til 8, samt skønt anneks med plads til 4. Huset ligger i en naturskønt område med kun 2 minutters gang til strand og badebro. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

Scenic guest house

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while we renovated our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it has beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

Cozy and spacious summer cottage at Kobæk Strand

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
