We had a wonderful time staying at this uniquely decorated loft accommodation. It had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable and at home. We were visiting to take part in some local sporting events and we were able to relax and recover in this peaceful and cosy space. Access was easy with plenty of room to park and store our bikes.

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. Spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. Lovely little extras were much appreciated. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was exactly as described. It was nice and quiet, you were able to easily walk to the beach and the shops if you wanted to. A nice touch was the bread, milk, cereal ,orange juice ,tea and coffee that was waiting for you on arrival. We met Pete and Sam who were very friendly and helpful.

Only two nights as here for the Members' Meeting at Goodwood. This is a very comfortable new annexe on two floors. It is very well supplied with all that one would want for an extended stay. Even real coffee for the cafetiere. We ate out on the first night and found a lovely Tapas Bar (Faustino's), noisy and atmospheric. All-in-all, a lovely place to stay and we would certainly return.

Lulu and Russel were so welcoming and friendly from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Such a lovely location, walking distance to the beach and hot tub was a perfect addition!

Best Airbnb I’ve stayed in around Shoreham area. Flowers in the bedroom, milk & orange juice in the fridge. Wonderfully, comfortable bed. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

Just perfect for our little family of 4 (including our 4 legged one). The place is so nicely done and the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Highly recommend.

We loved it here - a spot of tranquility in a cosy nook away from it all. Lovely walks along the sea, and lots of great seafood places to dine at, or bring back fish to cook at home. Penelope was so accommodating and her local recommendations were spot on. Such a comfortable annex, with lovely shower gel and all sorts of creature comforts. We were made extremely welcome, and were impressed by the gifts of food on arrival. Very comfortable stay, a good base for exploring the places we wanted to see, and would have liked to stay longer if we had the time.

We had a wonderful stay at Delia’s place. Beautiful and sunny lounge which we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in after a busy day in Brighton. Delia left lots of personal touches, milk and orange juice, Snacks, teas and coffee. We walked from the accommodation down to ‘The Steakist’ on Saturday evening, which was the nicest restaurant we’ve ever eaten in and then caught a taxi back. Arundel is a beautiful place and we would definitely stay at Delia’s place again.

Cosy Quarters really loves up to its name! Fantastic annexe with everything you need for a comfortable home from home feel. The annexe was spotlessly clean. The welcome breakfast basket, milk, bottles of water and butter were very much appreciated. Thank you Cliff and Simon

Me and my partner stay at Gail’s was wonderful, from the beautiful and peaceful location to the place itself. Everything was at it was described, very comfy bed and well furnished bathroom (Bluetooth mirror is something else!) There was a nice outdoor patio area for a morning breakfast and coffee which Gail had wonderfully provided. There was lots of information for local restaurants and things to do which there are lots of. All in all we had a wonderful time with everything provided so can’t thank Gail enough!

The annexe had a separate side entrance & parking directly outside. It was very private & peaceful but reassuring to know that the host Angie was next door should there be any issues. The accommodation was exceptionally clean with a modern bathroom & tasteful decor. The space felt bright & airy, the patio doors letting in a lot of light & it was nice to have a small outside area to sit & enjoy both the morning & early evening sunshine. There were limited ‘kitchen’ facilities, a microwave, kettle & fridge but adequate for preparing drinks & snacks. This was anticipated as it was clearly described. I found my few days staying there very comfortable & relaxing. Chichester city centre with all its attractions is easily walkable from the accommodation which was also an added bonus. It’s an excellent base & ideal for anyone wanting to explore all the area has to offer.

A very comfortable place to stay in a beautiful location. The garden room manages to be uncluttered, while having everything in it you could need. A lovely pub with good food on your doorstep, another less than one up the road. Perfect!

We had the most wonderful stay in Amberley. Beautiful walks right on your doorsteps and so many lovely restaurants/pubs to choose from. I can’t recommend Rachael’s place enough - we will be back!

Denise is a fanstatic host We stayed at. An air b n b at xmas in lancing and were really put off But Denise has restored our faith in air b n b nothing was too much trouble such a friendly warm host we definitely would highly recommend Denise’s establishment Thankyou Denise you are a diamond. I had a lovely relaxing stay at Little Saltspring. Carole and Peter were there to greet me on arrival and were so friendly. The property was peaceful and cosy and Carole and Peter have put a lot of thought into equipping Little Saltspring with everything you could possibly want/need for a great stay. I also loved the very pretty garden with two separate seating areas to enjoy the sound of birds and soak up some sunshine. It was the perfect base for me while visiting friends and relatives. Such a lovely couple. They were extremely flexible with us. They live close by so they greeted us. We were assured that if any problems arises they would be solved. Thank you so much for providing us with such an accommodating stay. Would be sure to stay again and would recommend to anyone else!

Once again a perfect three days by the seaside in the fully equipped, very dog friendly, Beach Pad. Especially grateful for the Easter treats, milk and cereals etc. We don’t go to places more than once, but when this was available, we stopped looking! The beach proximity really makes it, and of course decent weather helps. Two good meals at local pubs and takeaway from chippy. A walk to Bognor for more than our fill of charity shops, all dog friendly with treats he came to expect! Recommending to all who will listen! Thank you very much, even used a deck chair!

We stayed with Mike for a just 2 nights but it was such a great stay. Mike took so many steps both before and during our visit that made it a good experience, but whilst still giving us space. Check in was easy and we were given clear instructions, Mike was extra helpful when we found out we were travelling with our little one. The space itself had everything we needed and was actually more spacious than I was expecting too with extra little touches too. A local convenience store was within walking distance and really close to the beach too. Thanks again for having us
