The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Stone's throw from beach and forest, country walks

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Elmer is a secret gem of the South Coast, boasting a sandy beach, crystal clear water and 8 sea pools perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The flat is a 30 second walk to the beach! There are also many wonderful country walks. Elmer is also incredibly quiet, I fell in love with the village on my first visit. The flat has been recently refurbished. Supermarkets are 10 min drive away for all amenities. Come experience the magic of Elmer!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Formally the old coastguard tower on Littlehampton seafront, this small and unique stay is a little gem. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

Delightful boathouse overlooking Fishery Creek.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

End of Terrace two bed house that situated right by Chichester canal. The house is 10-15 minutes walk to Chichester centre where you can visit shops, restaurants and Chichester Cathedral. Chichester canal is a stone throw away and Goodwood and West Wittering beach is only 15 minutes drive . The house is modern yet traditionally decorated through out. Cosy, comfy and fully equipped with little bit of extra luxury features such as under floor heating, wood burner and water softener.

Lovely beach retreat - Private entrance, Parking

This peaceful, seaside escape is perfectly located a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Rustington beach and a 10 minute walk to the village where you will find plenty of restaurants, craft micro-brewery, cocktail bar and shops including Waitrose and Tescos. The room is newly decorated with a private entrance, off-road parking and en-suite bathroom. We are on hand to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.
