On the first floor is the open kitchen, living room, fireplace and private balcony. A newly restored bathroom and a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a window facing the city. And to complete a nice experience, a loft with a sunset view and a hammock to relax.

The elevator were renovated on nov-2019. I have Tourism Register. Apto de 2 hab/2 bañ iluminado, cómodo, cerca de restaurantes y centro financiero. Muy bien localizado cerca de Parque 93 y Zona T, lugares turísticos de la ciudad. Con diseño moderno e inspirada en el color. Ascensor renovado en nov-2019. Tengo registro de turismo.
