We spent 4 happy days on a family vacation at this house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it was very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a peaceful stay! The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta ! Great accommodation, very clean and organized place, air conditioning in the rooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fit new and very close to the beach. I traveled with my children and wife and we really liked it, we were very well accommodated. Fábio was a great host, responsive, polite and helpful.

The accommodation has greatly exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The apartment is clean, well equipped (even has board games) and has a breathtaking view. The condominium is complete and has pools, a good restaurant, playground, soccer field, beach bar, beach service, beach tennis court and a calm and clean sea. We loved the trip and will be back.

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

Very comfortable cottage, clean, with all the necessary utensils. New dishes. Very close to the beach, bakery and pharmacy. You can walk everywhere. I recommend it!!

Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias.
