The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

My place is close to the racecourse; you will enjoy its calm, comfort, view; the nearest beach is 15 minutes away and 45 minutes from Nantes. My place is good for couples and families with kids who want to rest or people who want to work quietly.
