Arnaud's place was totally as described and photos of the listing, very clean and well located (in a quiet and peaceful environment, not far from tourist activities though). We highlight the kindness of Arnaud who allowed us to arrive earlier on the first day in order to adapt to the rhythm of our baby. We highly recommend this place!

Second Christmas spent with family in this beautiful home surrounded by nature. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 beautiful bedrooms, efficient heating, the living room with billiards is great. There is also a ping pong table and foosball. The garden is very large, the river that crosses it is charming. The view of the spinning mill ruins at the end of the garden is unique.

we had a lovely extended weekend in a recent house in a very quiet area to rest and close to lots of activities and all amenities. We felt at home, Bernard is very welcoming and accommodating with his hosts, a big thank you to him!

Pleasant house, very nicely decorated as well as the bedrooms, very friendly host, spacious comfortable kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, beautiful surroundings, Rouen nearby, very nice city, good restaurants, only downside a little too little tourist info, still,pluses : sauna in a ton, jacuzzi, finally, definitely something to come back

A very atmospheric place — beautiful, cozy, and truly peaceful and quiet. A perfect spot to escape the hustle and connect with nature. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, with every detail thoughtfully considered. You can feel the care and soul the hosts put into it. We didn’t want to leave — and we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at this place for 2 days and everything went extremely smoothly. Sandrine and Frédéric's welcome was excellent and the instructions were very clear. Nothing was missing, consistent with the photos and descriptions. The house is very well equipped and quiet. Everything was perfect and I recommend it 100%.

This is a chic, stylish home in the old town of Rouen. Though it is a historical building, Krystyna decorated the apartment between like an art gallery and a museum. The location is perfect for tourists trying to explore the history of the city. Walkable to all the main spots. The underground parking is only a block away and I feel very safe parking my car there for a week.

I spent three days in the days in the apartment. It is perfectly located to explore Rouen. Although you don't need a car in Rouen, the parking space was very convenient (directly beside the door to the building) and the instructions for getting there were very precise. Mathilde met me a little early (as i had messaged her that i arrived erly). she gave me a thorough tour of the apartment. Everything worked well, including the washer. The shower was wonderful, lots of hot water and good pressure. teh courtyard keemps the apartment quiet despite being in a. lively section of town. Overall no hesitation about staying here again.

Ideal for visiting the medieval town, an easy F1 bus ride, bus stop 2 minutes walk away 😁. cosy and well equipped apartment for 2 people. No problem parking outside on the road. Would have no problem recommending for future guests. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. Lynn and Dave 😍

Thanks to Buket for his availability, we had a lovely stay. This place is ideal for resting, what a pleasure in the morning to open the shutters and having this view of nature with only the sound of birdsong. The living space is very pleasant: spacious, bright, large comfortable sofa, record player to dive back into the past and projector for our movie nights. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses are good quality and we sleep in complete darkness. The terrace is spacious, angled. We were lucky enough to have the sun and make the most of it because the exposure is perfect! The outdoor furniture is complete with a hammock, my little pleasure after a good barbecue. The appliances are complete, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and you will have available tablets, household products, coffee, sugar, oil, sopalin, PQ... and a tea tray and cookies on arrival! Nearby: Giverny, Vernon and La Roche-Guyon.

Beautiful and exotic location. Ideal for a summer and winter family weekend. The facilities are very clean and everything is perfectly functional. 15 min from the sea. I recommend it without hesitation.

loved the stay. the house was in a clean condition upon arrival and there is enough space for people to find some alone time if needed. we were with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. lovely pool and there are lots of animals around

The house is well decorated, well-appointed, with many places to isolate or get together. The garden is spacious. The bedding is remarkable. The linens are nice. This is a house I recommend for family reunification. Close to Paris and easy to reach.

We had a lovely stay. The house is a great light space, plenty of room, good sized beds, lovely terrace and big garden with swing, slide and tree house. Feels like being in the forest. Big airy lounge and seperate TV/playroom Kitchen well equipped, good big BBQ. Garden secure behind large electric gates.Isabelle responsive and helpful recommendations. Hotel next door great view for a glass, and food decent if you don't fancy the walk to the village, where there is a great restaurant. The local beach is quite a steep path but is stunning with the tide out, lots of sand, swimming, rock pools. It is tide dependant, so have to time to avoid pebbles, but lots of sand if you time sensibly. Beautiful peaceful location. Not perfect or pristine, but that is fine by us with two toddlers, and great value. Looks even better than the photos. Would happily return.

We had a lovely stay at Marie-Christine's manor. We enjoyed the space, the comfort of the rooms and common areas and the many amenities for both entertainment and cooking! Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the beautiful park because of rather cold weather but it didn't spoil our pleasure of being with family in this very nice place. I recommend it, like us, you will absolutely not be disappointed with your choice. Thank you Marie Christine for sharing your property.
