My new home of about 60m2 offers large spaces conducive to relaxation in complete autonomy, for couples, family or friends. Between Paris and the Normandy coast, ideal for a stopover or local visits, everything is done to allow you a peaceful stay (on the ground floor, large living room and open equipped kitchen, upstairs, office landing, double bedroom and shower/toilet room). A wooden terrace with outdoor furniture is also available, in a very green setting.

After 2 intense years of work, we finally made it. We created this cocoon of love for you, to be able to recharge your batteries as a couple, or have fun with family. This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. Discover this quiet waterfront outbuilding with a private pool from 9am to 6pm. You can enjoy 30-degree water, deckchairs and an ice machine. The garden is green, peaceful and includes a small pond with fish. A private terrace is reserved for you with BBQ on the banks of the Seine with a lovely modern garden furniture. The outbuilding overlooks the garden and views of the Seine. Beds with linen linens are provided and towels are provided as well.

Between Rouen and the sea, on the edge of the forest and hiking trails (GR212), Normandy with enclosed garden, south-facing terrace, swing and private heated above-ground pool, secured depending on May to September. Sheets, towels and linens included. Close to major roads, many activities and a shopping area, it is the ideal gîte for families or groups of friends.

After a tour of the surroundings, you can rest in the room in the dark.

We are 30 minutes from Rouen, 60 minutes from Deauville and 150 km from the landing beaches.
