Completely quiet, with the 18th century manor house inhabited by the owners as its only neighborhood, it is perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
