In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Group gîte for 20 people

Our cottages are suitable for family reunions. They are not suitable for festive gatherings with friends. In a 19-hectare park, at the foot of a 17th-century castle. Its 14m long heated pool and quick tennis court delight everyone. With its 3 warm cottages, La Roseraie can accommodate up to 20 people at the same table and La Canarie is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Unsecured Mares. Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited lot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its well-tempered character offers an essential setting and comfort to welcome a few days hosts in search of a change of scenery and rest.

Charming small family house (2 bedrooms + baby cot) Typical Normandy with half-timbering and exposed beams. It has been renovated respecting its charm. Comfortable and up-to-date, with its open living space, fireplace, board games offered as well as its garden and boulodrome. The house is in a friendly hamlet, it is not isolated in the countryside. All shops in the charming village of La Ferté Fresnel (5 km) or in the city of Aigle (7 km).

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
