Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

A stay in a stork village 2

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The thatched, listed Green Kate is a very cozy cottage for up to 6 people. The huge, natural garden with the pond and the richness of birds is simply a dream to be a dream to be. A natural stone wall encloses this ensemble as an oasis for decelerators. Parking and a private terrace are provided. A rowing boat is waiting for guests Picking fruit from the trees, fishing in the pond and directly on the grill: enjoyment guarantee under the starry sky.

The perfect place to unwind: A lovingly renovated old school ("Alte Schule Brandenburg") for max. 9 people with a wildlife garden and chickens in the tranquil village of "Sechzehneichen" (64 inhabitants). Surrounded by fields and forest and close to two lakes.
