This spacious vacation home is located on the edge of a small charming Mecklenburg village and offers those seeking relaxation a lot of peace. The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Welcome to our quiet, uckermarkian cottage. The house is perfect for family get-togethers and small groups. The 200 year old pisé home offers all modern comforts, including a full kitchen, heating, wi-fi, and a furnace. It is located amidst a 3000 square meter charmingly wild garden with fruit trees, a barbecue spot, a tree house, a trampoline and a sandbox. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms.

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre near the lake with bathing facilities. It is about 5 km to the A24 motorway. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of cycle paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
