The apartment has an entrance at the back and is located in the basement. There is parking in front of the house, which is included in the accommodation. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. In the apartment's hallway/kitchen, the ceiling is lower in some areas, about 185 cm. The rest of the apartment has a standard ceiling height. The bed is 140 cm wide. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the building and can be booked on the laundry room door.
