Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Our cozy cottage is located in the middle of the Danish Nature Foundation's beautiful areas – just a few steps from the beach. From all windows there are views of the unique dune landscape. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, the sound of the sea and the beautiful path that leads you directly to the beach through the dunes. The house is ideal for couples or families who want a holiday in nature – close to the sea and surrounded by rich biodiversity. Right outside the door you will find birdsong, butterflies and a variety of wildlife that makes the stay very special.

The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

Short distance to good beaches and Skagen is also an option. Aalborg, Fårup Sommerland and the North Sea are 30-45 minutes away. Double bed and possibility of extra bed for two in the living room. Welcome to the old school in Aggersund! Enjoy a charming, spacious and bright home on two floors with beautiful views of the Limfjord. The house has five rooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a cozy living room. The perfect base to explore North Jutland, Aggersborg (UNESCO) and Limfjorden. The accommodation sleeps 10 adults and 3 small children. NOTE: bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for DKK 75 per set.
