Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.

A nice simple cottage in a very peaceful place with birdsong, the sound of the stream and the forest and lake nearby. Rowboat included. Located after the High Coast trail, 50 meters from the trail. To the sea about 5 km. Swimming 2 km. Shop and pizzeria 4 km. Washing machine can be borrowed from the landlord 150 meters from the cabin.
