The villa of 200 m2 is in a quiet location,yet 5 minutes from the beaches of Bonifacio. Designed to accommodate 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 children.The main asset apart from its location are the beautifully appointed exteriors.The summer kitchen ,40m2,allows to live outside from breakfast to dinner.We have also taken a lot of care in the interior decoration making the house contemporary and warm at the same time. The pool of 15/4 m is heated. Concierge possible .

Less than 10 minutes from the city center where you will pass in front of the most beautiful panorama of the region, the cliffs of Bonifacio, as well as less than 5 min drive to the famous beach of Sperone.
