Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.
