Small cabin by the sea in Nacka

We are renting out this little charming house with a sea view. Perfect for those who want close to Stockholm but stay close to nature. Located right by Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower as well as a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motor boat located in the harbor in front of the house.

Specifically designed to suit the couple with active interests who want a romantic retreat on one hand, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is paradise for real! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma Canal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and tea sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple themselves sometimes recharge their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Welcome to our guest house with dock access in best sun location! Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and amusements. Train station is in about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 min by train into Stockholm. With car, it takes about 30-35 min. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with combined washing machine and dryer. Double bed in bedroom. Sofa bed for two in living room.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Newly built modern mini villa just by the ocean with fantastic view over the bay and archipelago. Beachfront with private jetty just below the house. Rowing boat, kayak and bicycles at your disposal. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

New (2018) mini-villa in Skuru, Nacka Mini-villa with all amenities such as dishwasher, washer dryer, Air conditioning, Floor heating, LED TV, Wifi etc. Large sleeping loft with 180 cm wide bed. Lovely villa next to forest. 5 decks, 4 min walk to a glacial lake through the trees. Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
