Newly built tiny house in beautiful Gustavsvik, Nacka. Close to nature and within walking distance to several beaches. Travel time to Stockholm C about 45 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by car. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's villa but separate with its own plot incl. balcony, lawn and private entrance with car parking. The house is well-equipped with floor heating in all rooms, fully tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with space for guests. There are 4 beds with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Plenty of storage space.

Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning fireplace and wonderful view. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the lapping of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. Norra Lagnö is only 20 minutes' drive from the lock and 5 minutes' drive from Gustavsberg where you will find a Coop, Systembolaget, etc. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement of the main building (to which the tenant has sole access). SUP boards are included if you want to get out on the water, as well as the possibility to borrow bicycles. If you come by boat, there is a boat dock. Welcome!
