A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently undergoing repair. Available from 20/5.

The sea cottage

Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings (April to mid-September), you can enjoy magical sunsets right from your balcony or the jetty. The cottage is approximately 40 square metres and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the opportunity to rent SUP for wonderful trips on the water.

Enjoy the Space: This home is brand newlarge spaces and with airy rooms. You walk into an open space with a combined living room and kitchen with visible beams in the ceiling and a height of 3.8 meters; the room is airy, with large windows facing the forest and sea. Relax in the nature: The natural plot is 1600 square(kvm) meters and is hidden from neighbours. Take a walk on the path surrounded by vegetation, and you are down on the beach with crystal clear water.

Nice apartment in Nacka

Newly built apartment (2024) located next to our house, but you live completely separately with your own entrance. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen/living room, hallway and bathroom. We can even arrange extra bed in the living room. There are several swimming areas and natural areas nearby. Parking can often be arranged right by the house, but otherwise there is free parking on the street. The bus to Stockholm city/slussen takes about 20 minutes.
