Holiday rentals in Boothwyn

We loved staying at this Airbnb in the middle of all the serenity. The house is a beautiful build with some very special touches (the room with hanging plants, hot tub, spacious backyard, and lovely bathrooms). Thank you, John, for all the communication and hospitality.

Loved our stay. The beds were comfortable and the decor was beautiful. We’ll definitely stay here again if available when working in the area in the future.

The enchanting town of Chesapeake city washes over your starting with check in at the pearl. Watching and tracking ships through the channel or finding the best locals night and party marina vibe added to the experience. Lovely walks and runs in the area Thank you

Overall very nice place to stay. Convenient location near to Bryn Mawr College and downtown. The apartment was clean and comfy. Dave was very responsive whenever we needed help and responded almost immediately, which was especially helpful when my 18-yo daughter got locked inside her bedroom accidentally (the lock on the door probably should be replaced). Dave coached us over the phone on how the gently jimmy the door without breaking anything.

We loved staying here. The location is beautiful and just a few doors down from the beach. The place was perfectly sized and clean. As a plus, Monica surprised us with a birthday bottle of wine and balloons as a gift. I highly recommend staying here!

My family and I had a great time at Dream on Main. Plenty of room for us and my daughter loved the playroom & fuseball table in the basement. We got to enjoy the hot tub, but not the fire pit (maybe next time). We enjoyed the snacks that were left in the kitchen for us! We used Door Dash & Instacart for groceries for the long weekend, never had an issue with the deliveries. We could hear the trucks on Main st & saw that the bedrooms had white noise machines, but we did not feel the need to use them. We cant wait to come and stay again!

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

Very spacious and pretty place for my sisters bachelorette weekend in! Kitchen was fully stocked. View and hot tub were the best part! The host allowed me to come extra early to decorate and responds within SECONDS with all my needs and questions. Thank you!

The house was just what we needed for our stay. The rooms felt bigger than they appeared in the pictures, especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The outside views were peaceful and very picturesque. The only drawback was that the play set from the picture was not there for my kid to enjoy. We did like the porch swing.
