Guest will have private access on the first floor of this three story ocean view beach home in Virginia Beach, VA. The guest suite is separate from the main house. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one bathroom. In the entrance hallway there is a stacker washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink next to refrigerator along with a gas grill outside. NOTE: There is no living room; however, there are chairs in the bedrooms. The true living room is the beach on the Atlantic Ocean :)

This is a 2nd floor unit with one designated parking spot. Plenty to do for the whole family with the beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and many more activities all within walking distance.

The fenced in backyard has plenty of space to run around, and has an awesome saltwater inground pool for fun! In addition, there is a 2 level, new deck, and patio furniture to sit and relax on. There is something for everyone to do here.. I’m positive you will love it!
