The Malta apartment is relatively large with a bedroom and kitchen combined with a small work table, two balconies, bathroom, hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, bed and bath linens, parking, plus air-conditioning.

The guest house has a private gate and a thirty-meter lawn watched by peacocks. Passing a vine and a wood-fired oven, guests reach a small veranda leading to the living room, twin and master bedrooms, a cozy open-air barbecue area, bathroom, and kitchen.
