This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

I will be renting it during my travels, there is a comfortable queen bedroom, plus double sofa bed, a kitchen, toilet, living room with desks, balcony with scenic view. Please note the place can only be rented to **non smokers**. The place is only for temporary accomodation and cannot be used as registration address for residence permit in Lausanne.

Street parking (always from the square) or 15CHF during the day; if not covered parking possible (about 20CHF/day depending on length of stay and availability). We look forward to welcoming you!
