You will have the entire place to yourself and will find all the comforts possible, secure parking included in the residence. There are two beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, all of which can accommodate up to four people. Breakfast is included, accommodation 12 minutes from Bordeaux center by tram-bus-car.

It is pleasant, well-equipped, modern, connected and comfortable: you will like it! Your accommodation is suitable for business travellers, a couple with a maximum of 1 child, or 3 adults without children. It is classified as 4* furnished tourist accommodation.

A garden furniture is available to enjoy a coffee or a small outdoor meal.

Charming small private suite of 13m2 including an independent bathroom and a main room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed. You have an independent terrace in front of the accommodation with dining area. The accommodation is for two people. It is not possible to add a cot or extra person. We live on site in a house next to the accommodation but it remains totally independent.
